I want one! So this sucker wont chop first strikes?

With that type of system it should not be chopping F/S rounds. You can still have barrel breaks but it would be rare with F/S.

Have you gotten your first batch of Sniper Fins for sale in yet?

I put 100 standard rnds through it this weekend and two tubes of FS. Not a single break. I juggled between a magazine and cylinder type loading system and the cylinder won. But both would have been 8 shot.

I'm hoping to have the sniper fins by the Aug game, but it will be close. Probably will have to play with FS for that game.

Put a new scope on it and its amazingly accurate. Really consistent. I'mm probably head to Tactical this weekend and put more rounds through it on the feild.

VERY ACCURATE!! And Those are regular rnds. I don't have a lot of the first strike and even fewer sniper fins. When I get a bunch of the fins in, I'll do a couple hundred rnd tests. At 50 yards, I can hit a 3in diameter tree every time. Need to head out to Tactical this weekend to do longer range tests.

And its incredibly quiet. Not only because its low pressure, but the barrel is shrouded and muffles the sound. I imagine its the quietest marker around. And I have a couple mods I still plan to do to lower the firing mech click a little bit.

I found a defective in the design of the sleeves. Seems after a number of shots they start to deform because I'm using them to hold the bolt in position for firing. I've rebuilt the firing chamber so now I have a bolt stop to support the bolt which will eliminate the sleeve deformation.

Sometimes you have to test the *poo poo* out of something to figure out the issues. More testing this weekend, but still shooting like a champ. And I have plans to build a fully mechanical version. Just have to complete the drawings and build one. I think I'd rather have the mech than electric version.. Cheaper to build and more reliable... But we'll see if I can get the mechanical dwell assembly working properly...

How do you make an awesome sniper rifle even better?? Make it 20% quieter and drop the pressure from 120psi to 80psi for 280fps!! Had to add a micro reg for the ram, but totally worth it. See it in Oct...
